Mark is a senior Project/Programme Manager & Business Consultant with 25 years experience in the delivery of business process and ICT focused change projects into client organisations. He has in-depth skills & experience in business analysis, business process re-engineering/ lean & systems thinking, project & programme management and change management.

Mark has delivered a broad variety of change projects across various sectors, including Local Government, large corporates & SME's, health & social housing.

Manpreet Dillon

Manpreet is a Principal Consultant of MA & MB Consulting and specialises in providing interim management and project-based support to clients mainly in the Social Housing Sector.

Manpreet's specialisms include organisational change, mixed tenure management (including service charges, facilities management and the long term management of renewable technologies), as well as training and capacity building of boards and tenant panels.

 Manpreet has 18 years of working within the social housing field and has a broad range of experience, including

• Managing Director of a leading London based housing association
• Leading a major urban regeneration scheme
